The WESTERN Nursery and Landscape Association is led by a dedicated, hard-working Board of Directors, featuring progressive and innovative business owners representing both wholesale and retail companies throughout the WESTERN region of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma.

President, Scott Wise

Scott Wise is vice president of Gard’N-Wise Distributors, Inc., in Wichita, Kan., a wholesale supplier of lawn, garden, greenhouse and nursery-related products. Started in Wichita in the early ’60s, Gard’N-Wise now has three other distribution locations in Denver, Lubbock and Salt Lake City servicing ten states. Growing up in the family business, there is not a job Scott hasn’t done.

He’s been on the board of the WESTERN since 2002, serves on the Wichita Garden Show Board and the John C. Pair Horticulture Center Advisory Board.

Scott and his wife, Jennifer, have two children, Jessica, 18, and Daniel, 13, and three dogs.
