Move Out

Anyone shipping items on a commercial carrier from the show must fill out paperwork at the George Fern Company service desk.

No one is allowed to park an unattended truck at the dock.

WESTERN exhibitors need to please not tear down their booths prior to 1 p.m. Tuesday. Owners and buyers purchasing a Tuesday-only pass expect to see a full trade show, and many of them remain on the trade-show floor until the conclusion because of the big giveaway at noon on the final day.

Move-Out does not start until 1:15 p.m. until after George Fern Company has covered the carpeting with visqueen for protection. For any trucks moving out of Exhibit Section A, the granite floor must be covered with carpeting before moving out.

Exhibitors must have their entire booth packed before bringing their vehicle to the loading docks.

• Once you are packed up, you need to check in at the dock desk to get permission to move your vehicle to the dock.
• If your vehicle is at the loading dock without your booth material ready to be loaded, your vehicle will be removed from the dock and will be sent to the end of the loading line.
• You will be expected to move your vehicle from the dock as soon as loading is complete.
