Service Contractor
The Exposition Service Contractor for the WESTERN is George Fern Company.
The WESTERN will provide each exhibitor with the following booth package:
- Eight-foot back wall and three-foot side white drape (except for premium island booths, Cyber Café booth and where indicated)
- Booth identification sign
- Wastebasket
- Two chairs
- Choice of 6- or 8-foot skirted table (You will receive the table size as indicated on the contract. If no size was indicated, you will receive a 6-foot table. If other tables are needed in an exhibit, they must be rented from George Fern.)
- Any booth material listed above is not included with outside display areas
- Electrical power is not included, but it can be rented through the Overland Park Convention Center (An order form will be included in George Fern's Exhibitor Service Kit for your convenience.)
- Ice for watering plants, shrubbery or trees
- Four complimentary registrations per booth space
- Complimentary forklift service and move-in help is available to unload your company trucks from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday
