National Green Centre St. Louis, Missouri
Presented by the Western Nursery & Landscape Association

Booth Package

The WESTERN will provide each exhibitor with the following booth package:

  • 8' back wall and 3' side white drape
    • Island booths (booth numbers 103 and 104) and the Cyber Cafe booth (booth number 108) will not include draping.
    • Odd numbered booth between 1401C - 1435 and all booths 1441-1444 and 107CA-107D will not have back draping. Only 3’ side draping will be provided.
    • Even numbered booths between 1402C-1436 will only have 3’ back and side draping.
    • For booths with no back draping, ID signs will be placed on the front of the table in the booth.
    • No banners will be allowed to be hung in these booth spaces.
    • Draping is being handled as such due to the artwork on display on the walls behind the booths and the placement of windows that allow natural light to flood the convention center. By not covering the windows, we are providing the best light to highlight your products and respecting one of the many perks of the convention center, its ample art collection.
  • Choice of 6' x 30"- or 8' x 30" black skirted table
    • Exhibitors will receive the table size as indicated on the exhibit space contract. If no size was indicated, you will receive a 6-foot table.
    • Any variations of included booth equipment on-site will incur charges. Therefore, to verify, update or change your table size, click here.  Once logged in, click Exhibitor Profile and update table size. This must be completed by Dec. 14.
    • If other tables are needed in an exhibit, they must be rented from the George Fern Company.
  • Two folding chairs
  • Wastebasket with liner

  • Booth identification sign (7" x 44")
  • Ice for watering plants, shrubbery or trees. Ice will be available at the following times and will be located in Exhibit Section C near booth 627C.
