Name Badges


Western exhibitors can order complimentary name badges for their staff online.

For the short version of instructions:

  1. The person who reserved your booth for the Western needs to login to their online profile (your booth is tied to this person's online account so it must be the same person logging into the website).  You can always click the "Forgot your credentials" button in the top right corner of this page if you don't know your login information.
  2. From the Your Account or My Profile page, scroll down and click on the Exhibitor Portal button on the left-hand side.
  3. Follow the instructions on each page as you click through the online Exhibitor registration process.
  4. Please note that each 10'x10' booth comes with 4 name badges for your STAFF use only.  Please call the office at 888-233-1876 or email if you require additional name badges for booth personnel.
Your name badges will be at the registration desk when you arrive at the 2018 Western.
