SHIPPING GUIDELINES
If you are shipping into the show via a commercial carrier (a company you have hired to deliver your items), then you will be charged material handling fees if the product is consigned to the George Fern Company. If you have excessively heavy items, large equipment or questions regarding the handling fees for commercial carriers, please contact Lesa Davis with the George Fern Company at 816-221-0525.ONSITE GUIDELINES
- Docks
- Exhibitors may use the Cole Street Docks (Bays A-F) located on the North side of the America's Center on Cole Street. Unloading of freight will be performed by appropriate local union labor provided by the George Fern Company. Exhibitors should use this area to unload/load if they have more freight than can be unloaded/loaded in a 20 minute time period. Dock use to be coordinated by George Fern Co.
- POV's
- Exhibitors with POV's may use the 3B Overhead Door located on West side of the America's Center on 9th Street. Load-in from this door is street level, and there will be signage designating it. Exhibitors must unload/load their items within 20 minutes or less.
- Forklift Service:
One of the values of exhibiting at the WESTERN is complimentary forklift service available for your products arriving on your company trucks or personally owned vehicle.

If you will require forklift service at another time, please contact Lesa Davis with the George Fern Companyat 816-221-0525 to reserve forklift service. Forklift service rendered outside of the time provided by the Association will be charged to the exhibitor.
** Please note that if you are shipping into the show via a commercial carrier that you have hired or contracted with, material handling charges will apply. Please refer to the Shipping Information page.
- Empty Containers:
- For your convenience, George Fern Company will have "Empty" container labels available at the Exhibitor Service Desk (located in Room 115). It is important that labels are not placed on any containers until you are done. All containers labeled "Empty" are removed from the show floor and placed on storage trailers. Fire Marshall Regulations do not allow empty cartons or crates to remain in the exhibition area.
- ICE:
Ice will be available at the following times and will be located next to the George Fern Desk. - Saturday 5:00 pm
- Sunday 7:30 am
- Monday 7:30 am
PARKING
Abundant parking is available in high-rise garages and on surface lots throughout downtown. Use the map below to find the parking spot near America's Center that's right for you.
Downtown St. Louis On-Street Parking
- Downtown meters are enforced Monday-Friday, 8 am - 7 pm
- Free metered parking in downtown on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays; however 2 hour limits apply.
- On-Street Rates: 75 cents per hour, 25 cents per 20 minutes, 10 cents per 8 minutes, 5 cents per 4 minutes

SELLING/SIGNAGE/SALES TAX
Direct sales of any item from the booth while the trade show is in progress are strictly prohibited.
If you want to sell your booth at the end of the show you can. Just go to the registration desk, sign up, get an official "booth for sale sign" from the registration desk AND a sales tax compliance packet provided by the Missouri Department of Revenue. You must submit by mail a sales tax form to the State of Missouri. Buyers or exhibitors will not be allowed to take merchandise out of the exhibit hall before 5:00pm on Monday. There will be no exceptions.
