The Western Nursery & Landscape Association is professionally managed by Woody Bibens and Associates, Inc. (WBA).  WBA is a professional association management company that was founded in 1989. We work with nonprofit clients in a variety of industries on local, state, regional and national levels, specializing in trade associations. Woody Bibens and Associates, Inc. provide full spectrum management services.

Sarah Woody Bibens has 26 years of experience as an Executive Director, working with local, state and regional trade associations. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia with a degree in Forest Management.

Sarah is passionate about many outdoor activities, especially running. She has completed marathons in Chicago, Kansas City, Portland, Minneapolis, London, Berlin, and Tokyo. She qualified and ran the 2013 Boston marathon and returned to both the 2013 New York and 2014 Boston marathons after both races were interrupted the previous year.  In 2018 she finished the 6 World Major marathons by running the Tokyo Marathon with both her daughters.

Emily Bibens earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in January 2013, the highest professional credential in the association industry. In addition, she has an MPhil Management degree from the Judge School of Business, University of Cambridge. She has served on ASAE's Professional Development Council and was honored to present educational sessions at the 2014 Great Ideas Conference and 2015 Annual Conference. Emily resides in Raleigh, NC where she is a past chair of the Emerging Leaders committee and current Board member for the Association Executives of North Carolina (AENC).

Emily is passionate about running, enjoying North Carolina with her husband and schnoodle puppy, and working on their new yard.  In the first year of home ownership, she's proudly added more than 60 varieties of plants to their quarter-acre yard.
